Description
Description
The KC Jetfire is a 100% drop-in turbocharger upgrade for your 2011-2019 6.7L Powerstroke. It pairs KC's next-generation Jetfire turbine wheel aero and a high-flow vane cage with an upgraded Gen 3 compressor wheel behind a custom ported KC compressor cover — more airflow, better boost control and quicker vane response, without giving up the drivability you tow with.
Choose Whistler for the 10-blade turbo whistle, or Non Whistler for the stock sound. Performance is identical between the two — it is purely a sound preference, and both cost the same.
On stock injectors with a DCR or CPX and the right supporting modifications, the Jetfire is capable of roughly 650-700 hp.
Part Numbers: 302673 (Whistler) / 302672 (Non Whistler)

Installation hardware varies by year and body style — check yours before ordering:
- 2011-2014 F-250 / F-350 / F-450 require the Warlock Retrofit Kit
- 2011-2016 Cab & Chassis require the Warlock Retrofit Kit
- 2015-2016 F-250 / F-350 / F-450 require the Pedestal Conversion Kit
- 2017-2019 F-250 / F-350 / F-450 and Cab & Chassis use the stock pedestal — no additional kit required
- Aftermarket tuning IS required with the installation of the Retrofit Kit in order for your truck to run correctly.
- You will be responsible & required for updated calibrations / tuning that may be needed.
- Performance and output will vary with your overall vehicle configuration and calibration strategy.
- Exhaust brakes and if they work with KC turbos. KC Turbos has found that some brands have clearance issues and might cause the brake to hinder performance, rub the turbine wheel, or cause other issues. These brakes typically use some sort of flapper to close, which causes extreme exhaust back pressure to aid in braking. This can be hard on a turbo and motor and is not recommended. It will be up to the customer to verify fitment and functionality.
- Powder coating can take up to 3 weeks before it ships.

Hi - I have a 2019 F350. I previously purchased a bunch of parts from Dirty Diesel and had them installed here in Alberta. Pusher intake, 5" Flow Pro Exhaust, AMDP Tuning. I have since lifted my truck with a 6" BDS 4 link and Fox Performance Elite coil overs and done other cosmetic upgrades (Morimoto lights, custom bumpers from Trigger Industries). I was thinking of putting on a KC Whistler Turbo (Stage 1) and was wondering what the timing would be to get it if I wanted to get it powdercoated in Royal Blue. Is there a significant delay in getting it delivered if I go with powdercoating from KC?
Powdercoating will add about 2-3 weeks to the timeframe.

Will the factory 2017 6.7 power stroke exhaust brake work with this turbo? Also is tuning required for 17-19 models?
Yes, and tuning is required to make this run optimally.
