The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate gives your Duramax HD up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity so towing and hauling stay comfortable and controlled. It eliminates squat, poor headlight aim, trailer sway, body roll, and bottoming out while keeping braking and steering sharp under load. Adjust the air pressure from 5 to 100 PSI to dial in the ride for any weight.
