2011-2016 VW/Audi/Porsche 3.0L TDI Aisin FlashZilla Custom Transmission Tune File

TuneZilla transmission (TCU) tuning for the VW/Audi/Porsche 3.0L V6 TDI Aisin 8-Speed, flashed at home through the OBD port with the TuneZilla FlashZilla Pro. Pick Stage 1 or Custom above. Add the FlashZilla Pro below if you do not already own one.

Transmission: Automatic Aisin 1000 only. Not for manual transmission cars.

Custom tune: a customized version of the Aisin Stage 1 transmission tune. TuneZilla notes it takes several revisions to fine tune, and VCDS is recommended.

• Flashed at home through the OBD port with the TuneZilla FlashZilla Pro and a Windows 10 or 11 laptop running the TuneZilla Portal App.
• Connect the FlashZilla Pro with a USB-A to USB-C cable. USB-C to USB-C cables are not compatible.
• Your tune is linked to your VIN and syncs to the TuneZilla Portal App, usually right away. Read and save your factory ECU file before flashing.
• Clear all fault codes and warning messages before flashing.
• TuneZilla recommends a battery charger for every flash. Turn the ignition on with the engine off, follow the prompts and do not interrupt the flash.

Radiator fan: the radiator fan can run during flashing and drain the battery. TuneZilla recommends a battery charger or unplugging the two radiator fan control unit fuses while flashing.

The TuneZilla team has been hard at work with Malone Tuning to develop and finalize a true transmission tune for the Aisin 1000 transmission found in the 3.0 TDI Cayenne, Touareg, and Q7 models - This is not just a pre-dieselgate reflash. Our calibrators have done extensive testing with this tune to bring the best driving experience back to your German SUV, whether you have an ECU tune or not. We've increased the torque limitation in the transmission, as well as recalibrated the shifting points in D and S modes. A quicker and more responsive kickdown means no more waiting when you hit the go pedal to accelerate past slow moving traffic.
