The LoadLifter 5000 air spring kit adds up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to your 2011-2016 Power Stroke Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 Super Duty. Fully adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, it eliminates squat, trailer sway, body roll, and bottoming out for confident braking and steering when loaded. The underframe, no-drill design works with most in-bed hitches.
