2011-2016 Duramax LML High-Flow Performance Intercooler (115041200)

Cooler, denser charge air means more power, better fuel economy and lower EGTs. The factory LML intercooler uses crimped plastic end tanks that are a known weak point under boost. PPE's replacement is all-aluminum bar-and-plate construction with welded cast aluminum end tanks, so it handles heat and boost without the risk of a tank letting go.

The core is 2.75 inches thick, 80% thicker than the 1.5 inch factory core, with denser louvered external fins for better heat transfer. The bigger core and cast tanks also cut flow restriction, so the engine breathes easier and the turbo works less.
