Description

The 4G6105 is a complete fuel system rebuild kit for 2011-2016 LML Duramax trucks that have suffered a CP4 pump failure. When a CP4 grenades, it sheds metal shavings through the entire high-pressure side — and because the LML runs a closed-loop fuel system (fuel cycles back to the pump without re-filtering), the contamination wrecks injectors, rails, and the fuel regulator within minutes of detection. This kit replaces everything downstream that needs to come out: the failure-prone CP4 system goes, and a CP3 conversion goes in its place.

The CP3 pump is not included in this kit — it's sold separately so you can pick the right pump for your build (stock CP3, mild performance, or race-spec). Message us if you need a recommendation on the pump that matches your build target.

Custom tuning is required after this conversion — the ECM needs to be reflashed to support the CP3 pump (different control logic than the CP4 it replaces). Plan on a tuning shop or remote tune file before driving the truck.

  • Custom tuning is required after the conversion — the ECM control logic for a CP3 is different from the CP4 it replaces. Without the right tune, the truck will throw codes or won't start.
  • Core charge applies on the returned components — full refund when cores are shipped back within Industrial Injection's return window.
