3) Once we receive the Core here at the shop, it will be inspected to ensure that it is rebuildable. After the inspection is passed, your core charge will then be refunded (giving you more money for truck parts!).

Note:

Dirty Diesel Customs does not cover return shipping costs for core items. You are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning their core.

The LML Screamer utilizes modern turbo technology that will significantly increase airflow and boost without compromising on low-end response or spool times. This is a great option for those street-driven trucks aiming for the mid 600hp range that want an upgrade but want to retain their reliability, efficiency, and mileage.

Testing completed at the BD Diesel facility in British Columbia, Canada showed increased power output and drops in peak EGT's. This LML Screamer Turbo works with any 'box tuner' or custom tuning files and is 50-State Legal with EPA and Carb Compliance.

Do I have to upgrade my injectors if so how big of injectors do I need ?

No, you do not have to upgrade your injectors. The BD Screamer is designed as a drop-in, stock-replacement upgrade. It functions perfectly with 100% factory-stock injectors and stock fueling.
Does truck need to be tuned after? And will stock jake brake still function?

Tuning is generally NOT strictly required for basic operation, but it is highly recommended for best results.
Hi What is the warranty on this turbo ? Does it cover any labour if it was to fail ?

There is a 2-year warranty on BD Diesel turbos, there is no labour coverage.
