Smeding Diesel's Drop-in turbo system does away with the troublesome, failure-prone factory VGT turbo. The kit allows the Smeding diesel S300 frame turbo to be installed into the factory location, allowing for an easy upgraded replacement on all 6.7 Powerstrokes.

This kit does NOT require any extra parts and will bolt into the factory location. It also utilizes the factory exhaust manifolds, downpipe, and intake manifold. It will also work with most aftermarket intercooler piping kits.

• S300 turbo and pedestal with an oil feed line
• Up pipe gaskets and pedestal gaskets
• New T4 stainless steel up pipes
• Billet plug for the old dual-outlet turbo

• S363 SXE Billet: Stock - 550 horsepower (Good towing/ Daily driver)

• S366 cast and SXE Billet: 450-625 horsepower (Daily driver/ mild racing)
• S369 SXE Billet: 500-700 horsepower (Hot street/ racing)

Cast vs. Billet vs SXE-R:

• The cast aluminum compressor wheel in this kit has been around for many years and is a more budget-friendly option
• CNC-machined Billet compressor wheel is much more advanced, utilizing stronger material with a more aggressive design, giving you faster spool-up and more power
• SXE-R wheel is the top-tier compressor option, lightweight and geared toward competition, Its quick-spooling characteristics would make it a sound choice for towing, daily driving, or playing at the drag strip
