Leaf spring Shackle

Optional

Much of the jarring ride of the leaf-spring rear can be attributed to the factory vulcanized bushings in the leaf spring pack and shackle. The factory shackle is very strong BUT the design is not conducive to a smooth ride. The Carli shackle is constructed of 1/4″ American cold-rolled steel. The mid-length gusset ensures no deflection while the serviceable bushings offer a far superior ride to the bind of the factory bushings.

Long Travel Airbag Option

Restores Factory capacity to reduced rate Carli Leaf Springs. Provides the best of both ends of the spectrum - ride on Carli's soft-rate leaf springs when unloaded then air the bags up to level the chassis and support your load!

When adding oversized tires, it's always recommended to upgrade one's stabilizers. We recommend the low-mount for those running 35s and an opposing setup for those with 37s.

  • Corrosion-resistant aluminum bodies provide a long-lasting finish
  • The system includes linear-rate front coil springs, front and rear shock package, shock tower spacer, and adjustable track bar
  • The truck will sit 2.5-3" higher (year/cab configuration dependent), and wheel travel will be increased by 50% thanks to the taller, lighter-rate coil springs
  • Fits up to 37" tires for a more aggressive appearance and better off-road performance
  • Requires but does not include the leaf spring option and the sway bar option.
