2010-2012 Cummins High-Flow Performance Intercooler (215041400)

Cooler, denser charge air means more power, better fuel economy and lower EGTs. PPE's Cummins intercooler is all-aluminum bar-and-plate construction with welded cast aluminum end tanks, built to handle heat and boost well past stock.

The core is 3.20 inches thick, 96% thicker than the 1.63 inch factory core, and carries 6 more rows of cooling fins. The end tanks step up to 3.5 inch inlets and outlets from the factory 3.0 inch, which cuts flow restriction so the engine breathes easier and the turbo works less.
