2009-2014 VW/Audi 2.0L TDI DSG FlashZilla Transmission Tune File

TuneZilla transmission (TCU) tuning for the VW/Audi 2.0L TDI DSG DQ250, flashed at home through the OBD port with the TuneZilla FlashZilla Pro. Choose your tune from the options above. Add the FlashZilla Pro below if you do not already own one.

Transmission: DSG only. Not for manual transmission cars.

This is REQUIRED if you want to run a Stage 1 ECU tune up to Stage 3 ECU tune in in your DSG equipped vehicle.

You CAN use this DSG tune with a stock ECU or Stage 0.5 ECU. It is not required.

• Flashed at home through the OBD port with the TuneZilla FlashZilla Pro and a Windows 10 or 11 laptop running the TuneZilla Portal App.
• Connect the FlashZilla Pro with a USB-A to USB-C cable. USB-C to USB-C cables are not compatible.
• Your tune is linked to your VIN and syncs to the TuneZilla Portal App, usually right away. Read and save your factory ECU file before flashing.
• Clear all fault codes and warning messages before flashing.
• TuneZilla recommends a battery charger for every flash. Turn the ignition on with the engine off, follow the prompts and do not interrupt the flash.

This Stage 3 DSG tune can be comfortably paired with a completely stock engine (ECU) all the way up to Stage 3 ECU tune. If the vehicle has a Stage 4 ECU tune, then please choose a Stage 4 DSG tune or request it from us.

This transmission tune increases the torque limit and in most cases lowers the RPM shift points to stay in the best performance and efficiency range. Shifts are smoother and quicker. The gear number indicator is also added to the instrument cluster in most cases.
