• Flashed at home through the OBD port with the TuneZilla FlashZilla Pro and a Windows 10 or 11 laptop running the TuneZilla Portal App.
• Connect the FlashZilla Pro with a USB-A to USB-C cable. USB-C to USB-C cables are not compatible.
• Your tune is linked to your VIN and syncs to the TuneZilla Portal App, usually right away. Read and save your factory ECU file before flashing.
• Clear all fault codes and warning messages before flashing.
• TuneZilla recommends a battery charger for every flash. Turn the ignition on with the engine off, follow the prompts and do not interrupt the flash.

If you want to turn up your M57 all the way to 10, you need the 2.9 ECU tune.

For the enthusiasts seeking to extract the most out of their 335D, our 2.9 tune has been calibrated to maximize the factory fuel system and take advantage of exhaust upgrades. While this tune will work with the factory fuelling and an upgraded downpipe, it can also be adjusted for nitrous. During our testing, we found that this was the most we could extract from the M57 safely. If you plan to run the 2.9 tune, we recommend a thorough maintenance and mechanical once over. Due to the extreme demands of this tune, it can uncover any deficiencies in your powertrain.
