The Smeding Diesel S300 Single Turbo Kit removes the problematic factory turbo setup and installs one of their very own American-made Smeding S300 Turbos. This Kit features a billet pedestal, stainless steel riser, aluminum intermediate intercooler pipe, and a 6AN oil feed line and adapter. Perfect for any application from stock to high-performance/ drag racing.

Additional Info

Cast vs. Billet vs SXE-R:

  • The cast aluminum compressor wheel in this kit has been around for many years and is a more budget-friendly option
  • CNC-machined Billet compressor wheel is much more advanced, utilizing stronger material with a more aggressive design, giving you faster spool-up and more power

Notes

  • The turbo drain lines are long, please cut them down to size to reflect the drain angle shown in the second photo. 
  • It is recommended that you purchase this kit with the CCV, downpipe, and intake when looking for a direct bolt-in kit.
  • Purchasing these parts guarantees fitment on all 2008-2010 Ford 6.4 trucks.
  • When converting to this kit you are required to retune the truck with a Non-VGT/ Single turbo tune. If you do not retune the truck it will not perform properly.

  • Will I have to upgrade the fuel system when I install the s366?

    You will not have to upgrade your fuel system for the S366 turbo, but custom tuning is mandatory, and upgrading modifications are highly recommended for a 6.4L at that performance level.
