The perfect comprehensive suspension setup for your Powerstroke, with front progressive-rate coil springs that provide the perfect blend of comfort and control, similar to Multi-rate coil springs, they stay soft for a smooth ride, but stiffen up as more pressure is applied, ideal if you tow or haul frequently. Paired with Carli's 2.0 remote reservoir shocks to further maintain stability, control, and provide superior bottom-out protection.

The factory shackle is very strong BUT the design is not conducive to a smooth ride. The Carli shackle is constructed of 1/4″ American cold-rolled steel. The mid-length gusset ensures no deflection while the serviceable bushings offer a far superior ride to the bind of the factory bushings.

Steering Stabilizer - High mount

Optional

Bolt in replacement for the factory stabilizer. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the right-hand pull inherent to tires like Toyo Mud Terrains.

Bolt in steering stabilizer which compliments a Carli, or factory, high mount stabilizer. Adjustable from 70-200 psi to run neutral (no directional influence at 70psi) or at 200psi to counter the left-hand pull inherent to tires like Nitto Trail Grapplers.

  • Fits up to 37" tires with ease for a more aggressive appearance and better off-road performance
  • Increases wheel travel to 11.3" front and 13.8" rear
  • 4.5" of front lift and 0-3.5" in the rear
