The Cummins Ordnance 650 CP3 (GPD) is a competition-grade pump designed for high-RPM reliability and extreme performance. Starting as a brand-new Bosch CP3, each unit is heavily modified and finished in a durable Cerakote to prevent corrosion. Featuring a massive 1,850 mm3/rev displacement and 650 L/hr flow rate, it supports over 1,200+ HP. This Gear Pump Delete version is built for multi-pump or high-volume electric lift pump setups, removing the mechanical rear pump to reduce parasitic drag and simplify the fuel system.

High-Pressure Supply Requirement: The Ordnance 650 series is internally clearanced to operate with an inlet supply pressure of 140–160 PSI. Your electric lift pump system (FASS, AirDog, etc.) must be capable of providing and maintaining this high-side pressure.
- Failure to provide the required 140+ PSI supply pressure will result in pump cavitation and a significant reduction in output.
- Custom tuning is mandatory. Due to the massive displacement, adjustments to the Fuel Control Actuator (FCA) and volume tables are required to ensure a smooth idle and accurate rail pressure tracking.
- Requires a CP3 Conversion Kit to replace the factory CP4.2 pump.
- 6.7L-based pumps can also be used on 2003–2007 5.9L Cummins engines, though they require a high-pressure line adaptation kit.
