Core Deposit
After you have made your purchase, please follow the steps listed below to receive your refundable Core charge. This process must be completed within 60 days of receiving your product(s). Failure to send us the core(s) within the 60 day timeframe will result in you only receiving a partial refund amount of the core deposit.
1) Send an email to sales@dirtydieselcustoms.com or give us a quick call (778-754-7090) and let us know that you will be shipping us a Core, please include your Original Invoice/Order Number so we can link up your file.
2) On the outside of the ORIGINAL box, please write "Core Return" and your Original Invoice Number/Order Number.
3) Ship your core with tracking to:
Unit 6 - 1060 Stevens Road, West Kelowna BC Canada V1Z1A3
4) Once we receive the Core here at the shop, it will be inspected to ensure that it is rebuildable. After the inspection is passed, your core charge will then be refunded (giving you more money for truck parts!).

- If you have purchased a BD Diesel product, please follow their core-return program which can be found here.
- If you have purchased a Fleece Performance product that has a core charge, please follow the Fleece Performance Core Return instructions found here.
- If you have purchased a Randys Transmission product, we must receive the core no later than 30 Days after the product delivery date.

- 0-60 Days: Full Deposit if the core passes the inspection.

The 2007.5-2018 Cummins Stage 3 Ported & Polished Cylinder Head W/ Fire Ring Grooves (PDM-67RHS2) is perfect for those who love to race or pull sleds. These heads are fully CNC ported and ready to bolt on.

CNC Ported Cylinder Head:
(Milled off intake runner to accept ZZ Fab intake) sold separately.
The porting process performed uses a new 5-axis CNC Cylinder Head Porting Machine with CAD/CAM software specifically designed for cylinder head porting. CNC porting brings unparalleled accuracy to head porting with each port flowing the same. This helps balance the power that each cylinder produces, making tuning easier. After the CNC process, it's then hand blend each port to perfection.

New Custom port Oversized 36mm Stainless Steel Valves:
Industrial Injections uses the highest quality upgraded stainless steel valves with a nitrate coating for ultimate durability to outperform and outlast any aftermarket or OE valves available.
Note: Because of the larger sized valves in this head they will not clear a 5.9 bore. You must have at least a 4.125 bore to clear.
High Strength Alloy Valve Guides:
New High Strength Alloy, and heat-treated iron-based valve guides are installed. These guides are heat treated to Rockwell 22 C Scale, which produces the ultimate in wear resistance. This is far superior to original guide material, including Bronze. The guide incorporates a spiral grove inside the guide to hold oil and aid the lubrication of the valve during engine operation.
High Temp Valve Seats:
Premium valve seat inserts made from a true Nickel Based Non-Magnetic material that was developed for extreme operating conditions. These valve seats immensely reduce the possibility or dropping a valve seat.
Drilled & Tapped Coolant Freeze Plugs In Head:
The factory head has press-in freeze plugs that are prone to leaking and blowing out under the valve cover. This process prevents the failure from ever happening to you with our cylinder heads. Industrial Injection uses high-quality steel plugs where others use aluminum that are prone to leak.
Fire Ringed Head:
The fire ringed head procedure was designed to use with Industrial Injections custom fire ring head gasket which utilizes a radius cut steel fire ring to virtually eliminate head gasket failures while still allowing you to daily drive your vehicle with confidence in its longevity capabilities.
Valve Springs:
Industrial Injection uses the highest quality brand new 120lb valves springs custom made in the USA. They designed these springs to offer more lift than the competition. Each valve spring is tested multiple times in-house before assembly to ensure it maintains it proper spring rate.
