What is considered Cold weather where a intake heater is needed?

Does this come with gaskets? Or would the Pusher grid delete kit work just as well? I'm looking at the bd x intake and bd intake heater as well...would the Pusher work well with these BD products?
This kit comes with a new gasket and hardware needed for install. It could physically work alongside the BD parts if you want to mix brands, but Pusher kits are optimized for their own intake systems.
