Long Block

• Comprehensive Inspection: Each engine is disassembled, crack checked, inspected, and all threaded holes are tapped, blasted, and cleaned before machining.
• Precision Machining: CNC blueprinted, bored, honed, and deck surfaced. Each crankshaft is checked for straightness and size and repaired as needed.
• Thorough Cleaning: Blocks are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Bearing clearances, piston-to-wall clearance, piston protrusion, deck, and hone surfaces are all measured.
• Controlled Assembly: Assembled in a clean room by skilled technicians.
• High-Precision Cylinder Head: Disassembled, crack-checked, stock seats replaced by heavy-duty valve seats. CNC high-precision valve job. Pressure-checked.
• Every long block assembled with quality ARP 2000 studs.
