Universal Dual Durometer Bushings

Maintenance-free, greaseless bushing with self-centring design allowing 30° misalignment. Combines a soft outer cushion for bushing cushion and a hard inner lining for smooth rotation. Features an internal ring to prevent gaping at extreme flex.

• Self-centering with 30 degrees of misalignment (4320-01, 4320-02, 4320-03)
• Outer soft inch durometer acts as bushing cushion and flex material
• Inner hard durometer lining acts as the bearing surface to allow free floating inner sleeve to rotate.
• Internal bushing ring separates inner & outer materials to prevent inner sleeve gaping at extreme flex
• 2" Wide With 1/2" Bolt

• 4320-01, 4320-02 and 4320-03 have nylon outer shell.
• 4324-01 and 4324-02 replacement bushings are only for 8550-01 and 8550-02 Track Bars that came with these bushings. If upgrading from 4306-01 polyurethane bushings, Dual Durometer Bushings (DDB) can be retrofitted one of two ways depending on bolt size:
• 94-07 trucks with 14mm or 9/16" bolt: Replace with 4323-01 Dual Durometer Bushing (DDB) or use 8529-01 Retrofit Kit
  
• 08-13 trucks with 16mm or 5/8" bolt: Must use 8529-01 Retrofit Kit
• 8550-01 track bars built 5/19/2015 and newer and 8550-02 track bars built 2/13/2015 and newer require replacement bushings 4324-01 or 4324-02 depending on bolt size.
  
• 4322-01 bushing is not a retrofit for 8054 that came with Poly bushing halves. Correct replacement bushing is 4303-01 bushing halves.
•  Dual Durometer Bushings (DDB) are not a replacement for Synergy products that originally came with Johnny Joints. These bushings are only replacements for Synergy products that came with Dual Durometer Bushings (DDB).
