  will this fit with the stock intake horn, just looking to remove the death bolt, also will it need a tune? or is it direct bolt on and no issues

  This will fit with the stock intake horn, but it will require tuning as it is not emissions compliant. If you would like an emissions compliant fix that will not require tuning, you could look at this option HERE.
