2006-2010 Duramax Max Flow Bridge & Cold Side Tube (Behind Alt) (004-HSP)

Increase performance and flow with this upgraded 3" Max Flow Bridge. This precision cast and CNC machined bridge section allow for maximum efficiency, as well as, a perfect fit every time. This two-piece design allows for a much easier installation than the other kits on the market. Two M8 studs, 12-point nuts, and a high-strength O-ring locate and hold the 3" bridge together to eliminate the possibility of boost leaks. HSP's bridges have been pressure tested to over 100 PSI to ensure your truck can perform to its highest potential.

This component will not only increase the efficiency of your Duramax but also provide a solution to the factory unit which is very restrictive and prone to boost leaks. This kit comes with a 3" boot to pair with the factory cold side. This cold side tube in combination with the max flow bridge is best suited for factory or drop-in replacement chargers, as it resembles the factory intercooler routing.

  Does with come with all the gaskets for the Y bridge or do those need to be purchased separately?

  It does come with 1 x Bridge Neck O-Ring (670-RFAB) but outside of that, the kit just includes the bridge, cold-side tube, boots, clamps, and mounting hardware. Gaskets/seals for the Y-bridge need to be purchased separately.

  Will this remove my egr?

  No, the 2006-2010 Duramax Max Flow Bridge & Cold Side Tube does not remove the EGR system by itself. It's a performance upgrade that replaces the restrictive factory cold-side intercooler pipe and intake bridge but is EGR-compatible unless specifically paired with a full EGR delete kit.
