The D&J Heavy Hauler Ready Run is a complete, high-performance replacement engine for 2006-2007 5.9L Cummins-powered Ram trucks. This drop-in solution pairs a blueprinted and balanced D&J Heavy Hauler Long Block rated for up to 700HP with a fully integrated suite of BD Diesel performance components. Featuring a custom 63mm Screamer turbocharger, a high-pressure fuel system with StockPlus Premium injectors, and a 9/16 inch ARP-studded head, this engine is meticulously engineered for extreme towing and reliability without the guesswork of a custom build.

Long Block

• Comprehensive Inspection: Disassembled, crack-checked, blasted, and cleaned before machining.
• Precision Machining: CNC bored, line bored, surfaced as needed, and torque plate honed to exact specifications.
• Custom ARP Head Studs: 9/16" head studs provide the best head-to-block seal possible. D&J ARP 9/16" Head Studs torqued to 175 ft/lbs.
• High-Performance Cylinder Head: D&J Stage 1 Performance Cylinder Heads are disassembled, crack-checked, fitted with extra-large, heavy-duty seats, machined for thread-in soft plugs, and 5-axis CNC-ported. Each head undergoes a CNC high-performance valve job and is pressure-checked before assembly and painting. Blueprinted and Balanced: All engines are blueprinted, balanced, oil clearance measured, and rings file fit.
• Pre-lubed and Painted: Engines are painted black and shipped pre-lubed with break-in oil and filter included.
• Machined Rocker Box and Pedestals: Ensures a precise fit and optimal performance.
• High Power Rating: Rated for up to 700 hp, suitable for high-demand applications.

BD Manifold
