Will it work with the tremor lift kit or will the 1.5 extra throw it out of wack?
It would ohysically bolt up, but adding it will likely throw the suspension out of whack if you don't add matching supporting modifications. It is not recommended.

Will it work with the tremor package seeing as how tremor puts suspension righhhhhht at that point where you gotta start changing out major components to keep your geometry and death wobble
No, you should not use this on a Tremor package. It is not a safe plug-and-play option for a Tremor package unless you actively add supporting geometry correction components.

Yes you will be able to fit 35s, but it will ultimately come down to the offset of the wheels your running.
