  Does this work with the factory up drag link? Or do I need that kit as well?

  It's designed to be a direct replacement for the factory tie rod and will work perfectly with your factory drag link. You do not need to purchase the Kryptonite Drag Link kit at the same time, though many owners eventually do for a complete front-end overhaul.

  Is this for a set or just one side ? And if it’s not a set what is the part number for the other side ? Or is it the same part?

  It's the full tie rod, so you just need the one, but we do have the drag link as well from the box to the knuckle if that's what you mean by the other side?
