This Titanium Signature Series diesel fuel lift pump was engineered by FASS Fuel Systems to be the top-performing, longest lasting , and most reliable aftermarket filtration system in the diesel industry. Rated at 165 gallons per hour and backed by a limited lifetime warranty this Titanium Signature Series lift pump is capable of supporting your Dodge Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L diesel engine with enough fuel for multiple fueling upgrades.
This Titanium Signature Series lift pump also offers advanced filtration benefits that will help protect your injection systems, effectively extending the life of both your Injection Pump and Diesel Injectors. These Benefits include an improved filtration rating of 2 Microns, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process. Aftermarket lift pumps are important for both daily drivers and high-performance Cummins when looking to improve either fuel economy or increase horsepower/torque.
This kit includes two FASS Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kits. Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, the Bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return and features a 5/8″ Suction Tube along with a ½” Fuel Return Port. This new and improved version of FASS's previous Suction Tube Kit allows the user to plumb their FASS return line directly to their bulkhead fitting, eliminating all cutting of the filler neck, and significantly speeding up the installation process. The pickup tube is fabricated of PTFE Teflon which can be easily cut to adapt to different depths of fuel tanks. Properly installed, you can safely operate down to about 1/8 tank of fuel.
FASS has taken the time to perfect its System before letting it hit the market and because of this, they have less than a 2% failure rating with its motor and a design that implements unique design features you can only get with Fass Diesel Fuel Systems.

FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) was engineered to meet the stringent demands of today’s quiet diesel engines. FASS Whisper Technology was in development and testing for over two and a half years to meet FASS Fuel System’s high quality and durability standards. FASS Whisper Technology effectively and drastically reduces the sound levels of the Signature Series FASS Diesel Fuel System to a “whisper” while at the same time increasing fuel flow rates. Our competition reduces noise levels by reducing flow rates.
The FASS Fuel Systems are important for both daily drivers and high-performance applications when looking to improve engine operation. The added filtration with the removal of air/vapor will greatly enhance the life of your fuel injection system along with improving the horsepower/idle quality/throttle response/fuel economy/lower EGT’s & extreme cold weather operations if equipped with FASS fuel heating options.
Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) are an advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the FASS System by creating smooth-flowing cuts within the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel and prevents eddy currents from forming within the corner of a 90° sharp angle. FASS Titanium Signature Fuel Systems are the only Fuel Air Separation System that incorporates these exclusive Performance Radius Cuts, lesser competitors commonly use T-Bone and square 90° fittings that can limit fuel flow, cause restrictions and reintroduce air back into your fuel.
Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology is used to continually polish your fuel by keeping a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine to prevent cavitation along with galling and scoring. Then returning the fuel, that’s not yet needed, back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor, and water. This means your fuel is being constantly “Polished” (cleaned), guaranteeing that your diesel truck always has the cleanest fuel possible. The MFR in combination with the optional FASS Fuel Heater options will help ensure “EXTREME” cold weather operations!

Notes
- For those with a 19-20 Cummins, D12RK1001 is necessary if you're truck has, or is going in for the CP3 recall. These fittings correctly plumb the Fass feed line.

Ask a Question-
does this kit work with a pump that is in tank?
Designed to work with the factory in-tank pump.
-
(2018 Cummins) If I do not meet the rated horsepower range will this effect long term longevity of the injection pump/ injectors id like to go with the 165 but I’m only in the 350-380hp range (stock with tow tune) stock intake as well but I’m running 50-80% load normally as it’s a service truck just curious as I don’t want it to be running rich
The 165GPH pump won't negatively impact the longevity of your injection pump/injectors, even if you're below the rated HP range. If you're staying in the 350-380HP range long-term, the 165GHP is fine! The lift pump is designed with a return system, so it won't over-fuel or cause excessive pressure.
-
Does this kit come with the filters?
Yes, the kit comes with the FASS XL Extreme Water Separator (XWS-3002XL), and the FASS Fuel XL Particulate Filter (PF-3001XL).
-
Dose it come with the hole set up like hoses fitting and dtuff
The kit includes hoses, fittings, and mounting hardware.
-
if my truck does not currently make 600hp can I run this unit
You bet! The pump is rated up to 1,000HP, but it's safe and beneficial for lower-power setups too!
