The LoadLifter 5000 is Air Lift's heaviest-rated air spring kit, adding up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to your 2005-2010 Power Stroke Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty. Adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, it eliminates sag, sway, and bottoming out for safer, more comfortable towing and hauling. The springs install between the factory springs and frame with a fully illustrated manual.
