The LoadLifter 5000 is Air Lift's heaviest-rated helper spring kit, adding up to 5,000 lbs of leveling capacity to your 2005-2010 Super Duty when towing or hauling. The air springs install between your leaf springs and frame and adjust from 5 to 100 PSI, so you can dial in a level, controlled ride under load and air down when the truck is empty.
