D&J Heavy Hauler Long Block

• Precision Machining: CNC bored, line bored, and torque plate honed to exact specifications for maximum longevity.
• 9/16" ARP Head Studs: Every engine features oversized 9/16" head studs to provide the strongest head-to-block seal possible.
• Blueprinted & Balanced: The entire rotating assembly is blueprinted and balanced, with oil clearances measured and rings file-fit.
• Stage 1 Cylinder Head: 5-axis CNC-ported D&J heads with heavy-duty seats and thread-in soft plugs.

BD Diesel Performance Components

• Screamer Turbochargers: Each variant includes a year-specific BD Screamer performance turbocharger for increased airflow and quicker spooling.
• High-Pressure Fuel System: Includes a remanufactured Bosch CP3 pump and SEMA-certified StockPlus Premium injectors.
• High-Flow Manifold: Two-piece high-silicon ductile iron exhaust manifold designed to withstand extreme EGTs.
