This downpipe connects an S400 frame turbocharger to the exhaust on a low mount second gen swap. The flange is a flat face design with a 4.625 inch outside diameter to match the outlet on an S400 turbine housing, and the clamp needed to seal that joint is supplied with it.

Because it is built around the S400 flange rather than a factory turbo mount, it is a swap specific piece. It takes the place of the fabrication normally needed when moving a 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins over to a low mount second gen setup.
