2003-2012 Cummins Big Iron Oil Pan (Stamped) (BICR5967OPMS)

The Industrial Injection Big Iron Stamped Oil Pan is built for 2003-2012 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engines running main studs and a Gorilla Girdle. Instead of forcing you to dimple or modify the factory pan to clear the girdle — the standard fix and a common source of leaks — this pan ships with the relief already pressed into the back.

Four drain holes through the nut let the pan drain completely on every oil change, and the lip is thicker and reinforced for a more secure seal. Plan on using 6.7L oil pan bolts (BICR5967OPB), which are longer than the 5.9L bolts and required for this pan.

• Requires the 6.7L oil pan bolt kit (BICR5967OPB) — longer than the 5.9L bolts.
• Certain 6.7L Cummins engines that came factory with a windage tray instead of a girdle will need the early-style longer oil pickup tube bolts and an early-style oil pickup tube.
• Depending on main stud block depth, you may need to bottom-tap the block for main studs to clear the pan when running 12mm and 14mm Gorilla Girdles.
