Drag Link

  • Drag Link is bent to clear factory axle brackets and is compatible from stock to 4" lifted vehicles (Vehicles over 6" of lift will require a drop pitman arm for compatibility).
  • Drag Link is made from 1-1/2" x.250 Wall DOM.
  • The Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve allows adjustment of the drag link length without removing it from the vehicle.
  • Suspension components feature an abrasive-resistant powder coat finish for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
  • 100% bolt-on components ensure an easy, trouble-free installation with basic hand tools.

Tie Rod

  • The tie rod is bent to clear the sway bar mounts.
  • Provides 2" of additional ground clearance from the stock tie rod.
  • Made from 1-1/2" x .188 wall 4130 Chromoly and Heat Treated for maximum strength—200% stronger than stock tie rod.
  • The Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve allows adjustment of the tie rod length without removing it from the vehicle.
  • Suspension components feature an abrasive-resistant powder coat finish for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
  • 100% bolt-on components ensure an easy, trouble-free installation with basic hand tools.
  • Tie rod ends include low misalignment "wobble stopper" grease boots to prevent unwanted "tie rod flop."

Dual Stabilizer Mounting Hardware

  • Dual Steering Stabilizer Bracket (8510-01): Heavy-duty axle-side bracket designed to mount twin stabilizers in an opposing configuration to neutralize steering pull.
  • Steering Stabilizer Clamps (4050-50): Two CNC-machined/fabricated clamps allow for secure mounting of stabilizers to the heavy-duty 1.5" Synergy tie rod.
  • All hardware is finished in an abrasive-resistant powder coat for maximum corrosion resistance.

Dual Fox 2.0 IFP Stabilizer Setup

  • Includes the Synergy Dual Stabilizer Bracket and clamps to run twin Fox 2.0 IFP shocks.
  • Designed specifically to tame steering feedback on trucks with large 35" to 40"+ tires.
  • The opposing mounting design helps neutralise steering pull and provides a rock-solid feel on the highway.
  • Tuned specifically for the weight and steering geometry of the Dodge Ram Cummins.

Optional Add-Ons

Synergy High Performance Grease (4119): Specifically formulated for Synergy metal-on-metal tie rod ends. Regular use ensures maximum joint life and prevents premature wear in heavy-duty Cummins applications.

Synergy Copper Infused Anti-Seize (4118): Essential for the Double Adjuster Sleeves and pinch bolts. Prevents threads from seizing in harsh environments, ensuring your truck can always be aligned easily.

Notes

  • Synergy MFG cannot guarantee fitment with aftermarket differential covers.
  • For 03-08 trucks using the stock pitman arm, switching to the Mopar pitman arm for 08.5+ trucks is recommended if not already equipped. Mopar P/N: 68039930AA.
  • Warning: 2013 Dodge Ram 3500s were split-year models. The early model trucks use T-style steering (the drag link is attached to the Tie Rod). Late-model trucks use crossover steering (the Drag link is attached to the knuckle). Please check what style you have before ordering.
