Add years of life to your Ford F-250, F-350 & Excursion 6.0L diesel engine with this Water Coolant Filter Bypass System. Removing contaminants such as the casting sand and metal shavings left over from the manufacturing process means your water pump, EGR cooler, and engine oil cooler will all last longer. This kit is designed to bypass and filter small amounts of coolant while your Ford Powerstroke engine is running. The CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum anodized construction filter head attaches to supplied bracket, which mounts to factory holes in your Ford truck’s chassis. The filter boss includes 2 threaded inlet ports and 1 outlet port.

Ask a Question-
does this increase the coolant capacity for the system? do I need to add more coolant to fill it after this is installed or is it still the 27.5 qrts like stock
It's a very small increase because of the added lines, filter and housing. But it's very minimal (1-2 qrts at most).
