Looking to go beyond a Stage 1 turbo? What's the difference? Simple, stage 2 turbochargers often have more extensive hardware, a larger compressor wheel, the ability to handle larger fueling and airflow upgrades, and provide you with increased torque, smoother, more consistent, and responsive power across a wider RPM range.

This Stage 2 Turbocharger from Smeding Diesel is capable of 450- 650HP and features the option to choose a 63.5 x 88mm cast or billet wheel with extended blades, a .72AR race compressor cover, and a 10-blade turbine wheel.

Part Number: C60S2VG

Features

  • 450 to 650 HP
  • 63.5x88mm cast wheel or billet wheel with extended blades
  • .72AR race compressor cover
  • 10-blade turbine wheel ( Loud Whistle )
  • 100% drop-in
  • Pairs well with stock up to 225/100 injectors

Additional Info

Cast vs. Billet:

  • The cast aluminum compressor wheel in this kit has been around for many years and is a more budget-friendly option
  • CNC-machined Billet compressor wheel is much more advanced, utilizing stronger material with a more aggressive design, giving you faster spool-up and more power

Notes

  • These turbos are based on the 2004-2007 turbo mount. To run this on a 2003 pedestal, you will have to cut off the 3rd mounting bracket on the back of the turbo
