2003-2007 Powerstroke Regulated Return Kit (60FS-STK-RRK)

The Driven Diesel Regulated Return Kit transforms the 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke fuel system by replacing the factory dead-head fuel rails with a proper bypass loop. The end of each rail ties together through a FueLab bypass regulator, giving every injector consistent fuel pressure and a path for trapped air to clear back to the tank.

Replacement high-flow feed lines and banjo bolts move significantly more fuel from the filter bowl to the heads than the restrictive factory lines and check-valve banjos. If you're installing stock or upgraded injectors, the RRK protects that investment by stabilizing pressure and extending injector life.
