Ask a Question-
What is the difference between this one and SD-REOFCF-6.0?
SD-EOF-CF-6.0 - This is the"Old Style". The biggest differences are the brackets for the filter block style as these still have the "tombstone" style. This also allows the filters to be mounted to the frame if redirected, crimped fittings on the hoses and brass tee splices into the line from the coolant reservoir to the radiator. SD-REOFCF-6.0.- This is the "New Style" which has round filter blocks that make it more compact in the engine, so the bracket is slightly different and MUST stay bolted next to the alternator. No crimped fittings, this instead uses barbs and small worm clamps, as well as eliminating the brass tee and replacing the coolant reservoir-to-radiator line with a complete hose and rubber tee.
