2003.5-2007 Powerstroke Nozzle Set - 90hp (30% Over) (SEFD60-30NZ)

Note: Fits "Late" 2003 models (engines built on or after 9/22/2003). If you have an early 2003 build, please verify your injector style before ordering.

The Dynomite Diesel SEFD60-30NZ is a 30% over nozzle set designed for the 6.0L Powerstroke, delivering approximately 90 RWHP over stock. These nozzles represent the largest size compatible with a stock turbocharger; however, heavy towing is not recommended when paired with a stock turbo.

• Spill Ports: Plugs are provided with the nozzles. For maximum fuel delivery, Dynomite Diesel recommends welding these plugs into the injector body spill port after complete disassembly. While not mandatory, it is highly recommended.
• Installation: All nozzles should be installed, and the injectors calibrated by a professional shop familiar with oversized fuel systems.
