2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke High-Pressure Oil Rail Ball Tube Kit (313030000)

The PPE High-Pressure Oil Rail Ball Tube Kit is the fix for common high-pressure oil system leaks on the 6.0L Power Stroke. Leaks at the oil rail ball tubes and their seals are easy to overlook and a frequent cause of hard starts and no-starts. If one tube is leaking, replacing the full set is the smart preventative move.

Even when an air test shows no leaks, inspect the nipple where each ball tube meets the injector. The high-pressure oil system can run past 3,000 PSI, so small surface imperfections turn into real problems over time. Hardened or deformed O-rings let oil blow by the base of the tube and slowly erode the injector seal until it fails.

This kit includes all 8 ball tubes in durable stainless steel with high-temperature Viton O-rings for long service life, plus a dedicated tool for removing and installing the hex compression ring and centering each ball tube to the rail on reassembly.
