An upgraded fuel rail pressure sensor that reads up to 280 MPa (40,611 psi), so the ECM can see and control rail pressure beyond the factory sensor's range on a built 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins.

• A custom tune with the rail pressure sensor rescaled for this 280 MPa sensor must be written to the ECM before the engine is started.

IMPORTANT NOTES:  Upon installation, it is mandatory that prior to starting the engine you have a new custom tune file written to your ECM which has had the rail pressure sensor scaled appropriately for this 280 MPa sensor.  Other than tuning changes, this sensor is plug and play with no need to modify the connector on your factory harness.
