Fluidampr recommends pinning the harmonic damper to the crankshaft on the Chevy/GM 6.6L Duramax to keep it locked in place under high-output use. This kit includes the press-fit steel dowel pin plus the drill bit and drill fixture needed to bore the crank accurately and install the pin with confidence.
