Replace the magnet on a 2001-2019 Duramax Allison 1000 Transmission Spin on ATF Filter with this factory replacement. Allison added a magnet to the top of the filter to catch metal debris, but don't forget to transfer it when changing filters! It's easy to miss and accidentally toss out with the old filter.
