The LoadLifter 5000 adds up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to the 2001-2010 Silverado and Sierra 3500 commercial cab and chassis, eliminating the squat and sway that come with hauling heavy. Adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, the air springs restore level ride height for optimal braking and steering control. This no-drill kit fits commercial cab and chassis applications only.
