2001-2007 Duramax XD Aluminum Rear Transfer Case Housing (XD-TCASEHOUSING)

Made from Aluminum, not Magnesium this XD rear housing is much more rigid and stronger than the OEM unit. There is no need for a pump rub kit with this improved housing. This is a brand new rear housing.  Comes with a driven sprocket support bearing and slip yoke bushing installed.

• The Transfer Case Rear Output Shaft Rear Bearing will have a very tight fitment to keep from vibrating. We recommend lightly tapping the end of the new housing to get the bearing seated while attached to the shaft. 

• Does not include drain and fill plugs or rear output seal.  You MUST swap over snap ring for rear bearing and drain and fill plugs. 

• Lifetime warranty against pump rub, 12-month warranty against anything else.
