3) Once we receive the Core here at the shop, it will be inspected to ensure that it is rebuildable. After the inspection is passed, your core charge will then be refunded (giving you more money for truck parts!).

Note:

Dirty Diesel Customs does not cover return shipping costs for core items. You are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning their core.

If you have purchased a Randys Transmission product, we must receive the core no later than 30 Days after the product delivery date.

Industrial Injection remanufactured CP3 injection pump for 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500 and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500 6.6L LB7 Duramax. Available in stock, 42% over, 85% over 10mm, and 120% 12mm stroker trims.

IIS rebuilds use brand-new Bosch OEM genuine parts on the inside. Everything except the pump case itself is replaced, tested, and calibrated to Bosch OEM spec on the IIS Bosch-certified test stands. The same standard applies to the IIS injector line — clean-room assembly on factory OEM-certified machines.

How does the core charge and core return system work for you guys

The core charge is billed out at the time of purchase. It is refunded when the old core is sent back to us!
How is the modified 42 fuel delivery over stock with 80% over injectors at the 3000rpm mark my fuel delivery drops would this be the right upgrade for me ?

No, the 42% over pump is too small to feed 80% over injectors at 3,000 RPM, your fuel rail pressure will still drop. To eliminate the deficit, you need to step up to a larger 85% over Dragon Fire" stroker CP3 pump to properly match your injector volume.
