2001-2004.5 Duramax Screw In Cup Kit w/ Install Tool (PDM-07021K)

Industrial Injection complete screw-in torque-lock injector cup kit for 2001-2004.5 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500 and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500 6.6L LB7 Duramax. Includes everything needed to tap an LB7 cylinder head and install the screw-in cups — the cup hardware plus the cylinder head tap, install tool, and tapping fluid.

The factory press-in cups leak, pit, and seize themselves to the injectors. Swapping to screw-in torque-lock cups gives positive mechanical retention rather than a press fit and eliminates those failure modes during a head service.
