  Does this clutch fit a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 24 Valve- Dually- NV5600 (6 speed)- ETH (High Output model) ?

  Yes. That clutch is designed for the NV5600 and fits the 1.375 (1 3/8") input shaft that comes on the HO model between 00.5 and 05.5. It would be wise to pair it with a HD adjustable hydraulic assembly from Valair.
