This LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate kit pairs with the early Super Duty's leaf springs to deliver up to 5,000 lbs of rear load-leveling capacity for confident towing and hauling. Adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, the air springs keep the truck level and planted, eliminating squat, trailer sway, body roll, and bottoming out. The Air Lift exclusive internal jounce bumper absorbs shock, runs safely at zero air pressure, and needs no frame drilling to install.
