1999-2004 Powerstroke LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Spring Kit (88390)

Built for the early Super Duty Powerstroke, the LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate kit adds up to 5,000 lbs of rear load-leveling capacity so heavy towing and hauling stay level and controlled. The fully adjustable air springs tune from 5 to 100 PSI to match any load, eliminating squat, poor headlight aim, trailer sway, and bottoming out. An internal jounce bumper, exclusive to Air Lift, absorbs shock and lets the springs run safely at zero air pressure.
