The LoadLifter 5000 air spring kit gives your 1999-2004 Power Stroke Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity. Adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, it eliminates sag, sway, and bottoming out for safer, more comfortable towing and hauling. The underframe, no-drill design fits both SRW and DRW models and works with most in-bed hitches.
