The LoadLifter 5000 is Air Lift's heaviest-rated helper spring kit, adding up to 5,000 lbs of leveling capacity to the 1999-2004 Silverado and Sierra 2500. The air springs install between the leaf springs and frame and adjust from 5 to 100 PSI, so you add air for the load and bleed it off when empty. Built to eliminate the sag, sway, and bottoming out that come with hauling heavy.
