Whats the difference between the stock & this HD clutch & will this be a smooth not really super grabby where ya can't do anything with it ?

HD is an upgraded version of the stock clutch. Increased clamping force, organic friction material, stronger pressure plate. Smooth drivability and not grabby like ceramic clutches.
